1. Who we are

Wick Journal is operated from Spain. We are the data controller of the personal data we collect through our website and product.

2. What we collect

• Account info: email, name, and profile picture (if you sign in with Google)
• Your trading data: trades, journal entries, screenshots, notes
• Billing info, handled by Stripe (we never see your full card details)
• Basic usage data to keep the product running smoothly

3. Why we collect it

To run your account, provide the journal features, process your subscription, and improve the product. If you opt in, we may also send you product updates.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run Wick Journal: Supabase (database/auth), Google (if you sign in with Google), and Stripe (payments). We don't sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

As long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data, except where we're legally required to keep billing records.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data anytime by emailing us.

7. Cookies

Just the essential ones needed to keep you logged in. No ad tracking.
